Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has been commended for his sterling leadership qualities and industrialisation drive in repositioning the State to an enviable economic hub of the Nation.
Commissioner for Commerce and Industry in Kogi State, Hon. Gabriel Olofu, started this when he received in audience the newly elected Executive of Nigerian Automobile Technicians Association(NATA) from the 21 LGAs in Kogi State.
He urged them to remain steadfast and committed to the pursuit of progress for the Association, while contributing meaningfully to the economy development and growth of the State.
Olofu acknowledged the resilience and perseverance of the association over the years and encouraged them not to relent in their struggle.
The Chairman of NATA, Comrade Danladi Omar in his speech thanked the Commissioner for granting them audience.
He stated that the Association is responsible for regulating the activities of all Auto Mechanics, panel beaters, Auto base sprayers, tuners and Allied technicians across the 21LGAs in Kogi State.
He further added that NATA is set to embark on member Enumeration to showcase its collaboration effort with the administration in Tax administration and government policies.
